Ordinary wall art decor is flat: posters, prints, pictures. What makes these different is depth — the motifs come forward out of the frame and cast a shadow of their own. That shadow travels with the light through the day, so the piece looks one way in the morning and another in the evening.
Printed from PLA out of our own extrusion line and mounted in a frame. Designed and made in Poland.
Every motif comes in four formats: 17 × 12 cm, 20 × 15 cm, 23 × 17 cm and 26 × 20 cm. The smallest works on a shelf or inside a picture group; the largest carries a wall on its own.
For a gallery wall of several pieces, mix the formats and keep a consistent gap of roughly 5 to 8 cm between frames. Use the same size throughout and the arrangement quickly reads as a grid.
A relief lives on raking light. Hang it head-on under a ceiling lamp and it flattens out; let the light come from the side — a window, a wall light, a spot — and the contours step forward.
That matters more here than with a flat picture. The wall opposite a window is usually the weaker choice, the wall beside it the better one.
The range covers figurative wall sculptures, abstract shapes in a black frame and animal motifs such as the French bulldog. Some of the designs show female nudes in a plain, sculptural treatment — those pieces are meant as wall objects for bedrooms and living rooms.
On several motifs you can choose which way the figure faces, front or back view. That is worth thinking about when two pieces hang side by side and should lean towards each other.
Available in white, black, bronze and gold. The metallic tones reflect directionally and strengthen the relief effect, while white and black render the form more quietly.
The print layers stay visible as a fine horizontal structure. On figurative motifs it follows the curves and reads like a grain; if you expect a perfectly smooth cast surface, you won't find it here.
Reliefs and patterned wallpaper get along badly — both compete for the same attention. Against a plain wall the depth comes through, and the quieter the background, the sharper the shadow edge.
Within a group, stay in one colour family and vary the formats rather than the other way round. Four bronze motifs in three sizes hang together; four motifs in four colours at one size look accidental.
The wall object in the black frame has both a wall hanger and a stand built into the frame: hang it, or stand it on a shelf or sideboard. How the other motifs mount is described on each product page.
A soft brush lifts dust out of the recesses, a damp cloth handles the smooth areas. Don't hang them in direct summer sun behind glass: PLA softens at around 60 °C, and a south-facing wall behind a window can reach that.
