Filament PLA CF10

The most accessible carbon fibre material

PLA CF10 is the simplest CF material to print. It runs at 205–220 °C with a 40–60 °C bed, slightly cooler than standard PLA, and requires no enclosure or chamber heat. The result is a distinctly stiffer part with a matte black finish and improved flatness compared with standard PLA.

Applications

Frames, jigs, brackets, camera mounts and drone parts, components that must remain rigid without exposure to heat. As a PLA base, the 60 °C softening limit still applies.

Hardened nozzle required

Carbon fibre will wear a brass nozzle out of tolerance. Fit hardened steel before printing.

Black only, in 300 g / 100 m, 600 g / 200 m, 900 g / 300 m and 1.2 kg / 400 m.
