Filament ABS+

ABS with improved dimensional stability

ABS+ prints at the same 235–250 °C nozzle and 90–110 °C bed as standard ABS and offers the same heat resistance. The difference is on the build plate: the modified formulation contracts less as it cools, so corners stay down and large flat parts are less prone to lifting during long prints. Layer bonding is also stronger, reducing the risk of parts splitting along a layer line under load.

Selecting between ABS and ABS+

Choose ABS+ for large or flat parts, or where standard ABS has produced warping. Choose standard ABS for the full 16-colour range or for acetone smoothing with conventional behaviour. Both require an enclosure; ABS+ is more forgiving but not exempt.

Colours and spools

Seven colours: Black, White, Gray, Red, Yellow, Green and Blue. Spools of 250 g / 100 m, 750 g / 300 m and 1 kg / 400 m.
