Nylon CF10 addresses PA6's two limitations, warping and flex, while retaining its wear resistance. It suits gears, bushings, structural brackets and jigs in daily use: parts that must hold tolerance while subject to wear.
Drying: 70–80 °C for 8 to 12 hours, then print from a dry box. Nylon absorbs moisture from ambient air within hours, and a wet Nylon print cannot be salvaged.
Hardened nozzle: carbon fibre at Nylon printing temperatures is the most demanding combination in the range.
Print at 255–265 °C with a 100–120 °C bed. An enclosure is strongly recommended.
Black only, in 275 g / 100 m and 550 g / 200 m.
