The principal advantage of ABS CF10 is reduced warping. Carbon fibre lowers contraction as the part cools, substantially reducing the corner-lifting that makes large ABS prints unreliable. It retains ABS's heat tolerance to approximately 95 °C and its machinability, with improved flatness.
Print at 235–250 °C with a 90–110 °C bed. An enclosure is required, reduced warping is not eliminated warping, and the ventilation requirements are unchanged from standard ABS.
Parts near heat sources, enclosures, workshop fixtures and mechanical components that are drilled and tapped.
Black only, in 250 g / 100 m, 500 g / 200 m, 750 g / 300 m and 1 kg / 400 m.
