If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a contract concluded through our Online Store within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you acquire possession of the goods or on which a third party, other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquires possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (for example, a letter sent by post or an e-mail).
You may send your withdrawal notice, for example:
A model withdrawal form is included in Annex No. 2 to the Polish Consumer Rights Act and is also attached to the Online Store Terms and Conditions. You may use the model withdrawal form, however, this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery of the goods (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.
If you have received the purchased goods, please send them back or hand them over to us at the following address: ul. Bruzdowa 94, 02-991 Warszawa, Poland, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from the contract.
The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
For products that cannot normally be returned by regular postal services (oversized shipments), the return costs may be higher. An estimate of such return costs can be obtained by providing the shipment details on the websites of, for example:
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them in a manner other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
The provisions of this notice relating to consumers shall also apply to a buyer who is a natural person entering into a contract directly related to their business activity, where it follows from the content of that contract that it is not of a professional nature for that person, in particular in view of the scope of their business activity disclosed in the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity (CEIDG).
