PLA GLITTER Filament

Decorative filament with embedded sparkle

PLA Glitter prints identically to standard PLA, 200–230 °C nozzle, 40–60 °C bed, with reflective particles distributed throughout the filament. The effect is not a surface coating: it remains present when the part is sanded or cut. Layer lines that would appear as imperfections on flat PLA read as texture, which makes the material forgiving on decorative models.

Applications

Vases, jewellery, dice towers, ornaments, cosplay parts and other display pieces.

Nozzle wear

Glitter particles are mildly abrasive and will wear a brass nozzle over a long project. A hardened steel nozzle eliminates the concern and costs less than a spool.

Colours and spools

Five colours: Glitter Blue, Glitter Green, Glitter Magenta, Glitter Maroon and Glitter Olive. Spools of 300 g / 100 m, 900 g / 300 m and 1.2 kg / 400 m.
